This Sunday June 7, we will have Satsang.

There will be a meditation before Satsang, and a light meal in the evening. Remember to book your participation in advance. The price is NOK 350,- and the reception will be open 14.30-16.30.

Sunday's schedule is as follows:

15.00 - Kundalini meditation

17.00 - Humming / Silence

17.30 - Satsang

Around 19.30 Light dinner with soup and bread.

This day is only for "old-timers". For new people we recommend you to come

for the Satsang weekend "The Invitation" or "Chakra Journey",

which can give you a better taste of what is happening in Swaha's retreat.

The next Satsangs will be during "The Invitation" weekend.

This retreat has a programme with active meditations and workshops

to help us to come deeper in contact with our beings and hearts.

They are designed to loosen up our bodies and minds, and invite us to relax.

This weekend is open for you who are coming here for the first time.
